Yellowhammer: Alabama tea party group endorses Roby citing her support for military

Posted to News on Oct. 7, 2015

Did you see that the Alabama Patriots just announced their support of Martha Roby?

The Patriots are one of Alabama's original "Tea Party" groups, and have remained focused on supporting Constitutional conservative candidates at the local, state and federal level.

The endorsement says a lot. Martha has support from a wide range of voters because of her record of fighting for the issues that Alabamians care about.

In their endorsement, the Patriots referenced Martha's fight to defend the Second Amendment and protect the unborn...

“When President Obama tried to trample on the Second Amendment in 2013, Martha Roby stood strong and publicly opposed any and all attempts by the Administration to pass new gun control laws. When Planned Parenthood was caught selling aborted baby’s body parts, Martha Roby stood up and said enough is enough. That is the kind of proven conservative leadership that we need to represent us.”
